Automotive Components Engineering, Master of Science (M.Sc.)

Engineers around the world are meeting people's need for individual mobility, combined with comfort and energy efficiency, with new technological developments. The Bayreuth Master's program "Automotive Components Engineering" provides students with specialized engineering skills that are oriented towards basic and applied research in this technology-intensive branch of industry. The focus is on materials, processes, components and systems of the automotive industry and related industries (machine tools, robotics, automation technology, etc.).

I found the program very interesting because it combines elements of mechanical and electrical engineering. In addition, the faculty is strongly positioned in the field of materials science, so you get a good overall view. This allowed me to apply knowledge from different areas for my master's thesis – which also helps me now in my new job.
