Responsibility, Leadership & Communication, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Are you aiming for a management position and wish to acquire the necessary skills? Or do you already have the responsibility of leadership and wish to expand your existing knowledge? As a future or already responsible manager, the part-time, German-language MBA programme in Responsibility, Leadership & Communication offers you the best opportunities to do so!

Success in the most diverse areas of life, in the work context as well as in the private environment, very much depends on the abilities of those acting, which are often subsumed under the term 'leadership responsibility'. The MBA Responsibility, Leadership & Communication teaches such comprehensive skills to future leaders or those already in charge. Personality development plays a central role. Participants should be enabled to constructively resolve divergences between ethical-moral and economic expectations, and to take on a role model function on the basis of their own communication and leadership style.
