1st Semester – Visionary business models:
At the beginning of the degree programme, the focus is on business models. For this purpose, you will deal with sales and marketing-oriented topics of business administration, business models from different industries, business intelligence, sales controlling and sales management, sales and marketing, as well as business psychology.
2nd Semester – Strategy and strategic thinking:
You will develop an individual strategy concept based on classes on strategic management, strategic analyses, strategy development and strategy activation, and especially marketing & sales strategies. But we won't leave you on your own when it comes to leadership: negotiation and conflict resolution are on the agenda. And last but not least, you will again receive individual feedback from experts.
3rd Semester – Digital transformation and entrepreneurship:
Third semester is about the opportunities and risks of digital transformation. To this end, you will deal with innovative sales platforms, multi-facetted markets, digital developments, technology developments, new entrepreneurial value-creation potential, intrapreneurship, and entrepreneurship.
4th Semester – Business project:
Based on your expertise in business models, strategies, and digital transformation, you will work on your own project. To do this, you will tackle a current and visionary challenge at the highest academic level. Here, you can work in a focused manner, for example, for your employer, your own company, or your planned start-up. You will master this challenge independently with professional academic supervision, thereby preparing yourself for demanding management tasks in marketing and sales.
